How to Make your Homemade Fishball Sauce? - The Public Servers


Remember the days you're dating with your special loved ones somewhere on the street and eating fishball? Today, TPS will teach you how to cook your special and tastes-like the street version fishball sauce of street-vendors! Truly classic, indeed yummy! 


Fish Ball Sauce Ingredients


(1/4) cup oyster sauce

(3) three cups water

(1) cup sugar

(3 and 1/2) tablespoons rice flour, or cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water

Bird’s eye chili (siling labuyo), chopped (optional)

How to make?

1. In a saucepot over medium heat, combine oyster sauce, water, and sugar. Bring to a simmer, continue stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved. 

2. Pour in rice flour mixture and bring back to a simmer. Cook, stirring until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Cool it completely and serve with homemade or store-bought fish balls.

3. Lastly, enjoy your DIY and easy tastes-like street-fishball-sauce!
