How to make?

1. In a large frying pan set over medium heat, cook tofu until golden brown and make sure that it is cooked on all sides. Drain on a rack over paper towels. Using scissors, cut each square in half. Set aside and keep it warm.

3. In a large wok over medium-high heat, pre-heat oil. Add onions and saute it and wait until just translucent. Add garlic and ginger, and saute it again.

4. Add mushrooms, carrots, and sayote strips, and saute until just softened and heated through.

5. Add the following: string beans, red bell peppers, and young corn. Saute and wait again until just heated through.

6. Create a well in the center and pour in prepared sauce. Stir it until the sauce thickens then toss vegetables together. Add your tofu and toss everything together. Serve while it's hot. Enjooooy!
